Use
During cell culture, edge effects often occur, and the unique design of the moat plate minimizes plate evaporation and edge effects. When the tank around the plate is filled with sterile water or medium, it effectively acts as an evaporation barrier, allowing consistent results across the plate.

Features
1. There is a groove design around the moat plate. By changing the structure of the original 96-hole plate, groove structures of different widths and thicknesses are designed on the outer side of the outermost hole, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating edge effects to the greatest extent, while ensuring optimal state of cell culture. The temperature stability of the culture plate and the balanced humidity environment are improved, thereby reducing or eliminating edge effects and ensuring the uniformity of cell growth.

Precautions
